1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscription purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This guarantee applies once per user.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at the email address provided in the Contact section. Include your account email address and the date of purchase. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances: - More than 14 days have passed since your initial purchase - You have previously received a refund from us - The refund request is for a subscription renewal (as opposed to initial purchase) - You have violated our Terms of Service - The purchase was made more than 90 days ago

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is pending. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
